Our project is a sentiment analysis dashboard of customer reviews of a company.
Our project involves taking a database that contains customer feedback and processing it to classify whether the feedback is positive or negative using NLP. Then we created a dashboard with Power BI that contains the final data-set of customers after the classification of each comment, with the aim of facilitating the company's decision-making and knowing its position to know if it must develop their work.
